Need to add a Tag field to the image page

I've searched the forum and came up blank on this. I'm trying to print/show tags under an image. It could be that my theme, Effervesence, doesn't support showing tags under the image so I'd like to pinch the code from somewhere and add it to image.php so it shows under an image where necessary. I've checked some other themes and can't find one so far that shows tags listed underneath but could someone point me in theh right direction please. All my viewers are extremely happy with ZenPhoto so thanks.

    I knew I posted too early. I found Default theme (too easy) had the code and placement for Tags in there so I'll play with that. See, you guys help without having to do anything just be sending vibes out.

    Eff+ does support tags as well but it depends which personality you use. If you use the flash based simpleviewer you cannot change much via the theme as on otheres.
