Howto Hide Zenpage page-title?

It is frequently redundant to display the page title at the top of the page, particularly when the page title is also in the breadcrumbs line. It would be very helpful to include a "Hide Title" checkbox in the edit page form.

    This is a theme specific issue so feel free to modify the theme to not do this.
