Urgent Help Required in the script - Please Help

Pictures and Album sorting are not functioning properly. I want all the latest albums to appear in the top and the same way for images too....

I have tried all the options in the admin panel. But still it doesnt work. Even i tried the manual drag. It work sometimes, but fails sometime.

Kindly give me a solution for this....
