Intruder failed login attempts.

Hi,

I have recently checked my security logs and am constantly getting failed login attempts from someone with a user ID of Laurenbor from IP address 213.11.233.25 so far they have all failed, I have no idea who this person is, in the Addition Information field it has this tdKv13gw9X.

I am assuming this is not a ZenPhoto backdoor user trying to hack into my admin control panel. has anyone else had this user appear in their security logs?

    Probably just someone trying to get in … Could even be automatic. Have not seen that one. We have an ipBlocker plugin that may be of use.

    Btw, it does not matter that much to us in which subforum you post. We maybe would have joined all subforums already if the software would allow it. I mostly read via RSS so I don't see that anyway.

    Thanks acrylian, I knew I had seen the ip blocker somewhere and had activated it but forgot it was a plugin so couldn't find it. All done now cheers.
