I'm getting error when using contact form

I'm getting an error each time I try the contact form (img: http://img686.imageshack.us/img686/3779/contactformphp.jpg)

    Well, better is actually if dir listing would be disabled on your server directly. I suggest to ask your host about that.

    If have no idea about the error, maybe try to leave out the "::".

    That Actually worked?! I am amazed! Should I report this as a bug?

    (ps - I added "options -indexes" to .htaccess. Now public isn't able to see a dir-listing - thanks!)
