I've deleted the old zenphoto (files and database) and intalled the newest one.

outside zenphoto I have printlatestimages function and because of that:

The change detected is critical. You must run setup for your site to function.

So what whas the old Zenphoto version? In any case you need to run setup when installing. If you had a really old Zenphoto version before you might get trouble on direct upgrade.

So just do what the message tells you.

I did and the gallery is working fine, but outside of zenphoto when i put
