I've been struggling to get watermarks working on version 1.4.4.8 of Zenphoto. I'm using the ZPGalleriffic Theme, version 1.4.4.3.

With Enable Imagick on the Options/Image page checked the selected watermark will not display on any of the images. With this setting disabled, the album cache flushed and the website page refreshed watermarks appear on all images. A review of the PHP configuration reveals imagick is enabled;

Zenphoto log files show no errors. Can anyone shed any light on this issue for me?

Hopefully our Imagick expert will notice and comment on this. But I do know there have been some updates with the 1.4.5 release. If you have a place to do a test install you might want to try it.

I have a Linux box that I may be able to install then test version 1.4.5 of Zenphoto on. There is one limiting factor. Imagick is not installed. I'd therefore need to install then test that as well. This will likely take a week or so as work and other obligations take precedent.

Are there any incompatibilities between Zenphoto 1.4.5 and ZPGalleriffic 1.4.4.3?

In the mean time, I hope the Imagick expert see'e my post and is able to comment accordingly.

We don't know, sorry.

I'm not aware of any watermark issues and don't have the capability to attempt to reproduce at the moment. As sbillard said, there have been some lib-Imagick changes in 1.4.5 that might fix the issue.

I'll have to wait for the ZPGalleriffic theme to be updated before I can update to and test 1.4.5. The current version (1.4.4.3) of the theme is not compatible with 1.4.5
