I'm uploading a new album and none of the images are showing up. The only thing I'm seeing is a broken link. None of the thumbnails or images are showing up. I uploaded them directly into the album using ftp and the images are in the directory.

I followed the instructions for Workaround 1: Re-configuring your server to work with large image files (5MB to 10MB), but the images are still not showing up.

All my files are sized to 400px on the long side.

Have you looked at http://www.zenphoto.org/news/problems-with-albums-and-images? Have you looked at your server and Zenphoto logs?

What should the file permissions be for the files/directories? I have tried both at 755 and 644, but neither seems to be working.
