I hope someone of you has an idea with what is going wrong at my gallery.

[]I have in my php configs the max_post_size of 8M, what is the maximum that is allowed for me.
[]I have a few pictures that are smaller than 1M and much more that are around 4.5M.
[]There are thumbs generated of the pictures smaller than 1M but not the bigger once, which by the way are all uploaded trough the form and not through FTP.
[]The '&debug' shows no more messages, but the configuration.
[*]My template is 'basic' and my zp-version is 1.4.11.

I hope anyone of you has an idea. If you still need some information then just ask. Unfortunately I can't show the gallery because it's a private one.

PRobably your server runs out of memory for these images as the file size is not the point generating the images. You should look at the debug log on the Zenphoto backend and/or at your server PHP error log (ask your host where to find that). Also please take a look here:
