Hi
I have the version 1.4.7 installed and I am not able to activate any other language than 'HTTP_Accept_Language' or 'English (United States)'. The languages are updated but the checkbox is not active. Can you please help me?

No sorry. For languages to work your server requires the locale of the desired language to be installed on your server. You need to contact your host about that.
