- Guest - 2026-06-27 Hi all, I'm experiencing a strange problem with GPS data extraction. Sometimes, data is extracted correctly, sometimes not. I'm not sure what causes this... from what I've seen, for the images that are not correct, the degree data is dropped and the minutes are taken as the degree value; here e.g. I've tried fiddling around with the exif extraction files, but to no avail. As the images are both from the same camera and have been tagged with the same program, I'm not sure where I should start looking. Any help is greatly appreciated, - jzryd - 2009-09-30 I have no answer to this problem, but I face a similar situation with GPS-geotagged picture taken with a Nikon P6000 camera. The first funny thing is that it is typical of Zenphoto and do not show up with other programs like Jalbum or ACDsee, the second, is that it happens with picture taken in China (giving coordinate in Poland and Litvia) but not with pictures taken in Switzerland. Look at this On the contrary here : What a mystery ! and no help showing up - sbillard - 2009-09-30 Please create a ticket and attach the images which are causing the problems. We will look and see if we can tell what is happening. |
