mobileTheme doesn't work - vincent3569 - 2017-07-29
on my prod site mobileTheme plugin works, but on my dev site it doesn't work.
both are with the latest support built.
it drives me crazy!
can you point me in the right direction to solve the issue ?

I made a fresh install, close all windows on my mobile device, clear cache.
now it works...
