1.4.5.10 -> 1.4.6 -> 1.4.7 ... 14 -> 1.5 -> 1.5.6

What are the possible skip to go faster?

Yes, because it is not tested. Possible useful order might be 1.4.5.10 -> 1.4.6 -> 1.4.7 (version numbering follows semantic versioning since then) -> 1.5 -> 1.5.6 I think. But again not really tested. If you have a staging site which is recommended (e.g. locally) you can try a direct update of course.
