Zenphoto version 1.5.8b
Any ideas on why an uploaded image does not appear when loaded up with the jquery loader and it has created an entry in the appropriate album?

The image doesn't show up in the Admin / Album / images either but there is an entry for it with a link which, if you click , the image comes up as a modal window.

Besides 1.5.8b being not the current version and not even the full 1.5.8 version, no, can be lots of reasos. You surely reviewed the logs?
