I am helping a friend, the person who set his site up, is not able to help. When I go to access the original pages to add photos I get no errors but the page just does not load. I have access to cpanel but I am not that great with it. I am not even sure where to begin to help, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to say as this can be a lot of things naturally. Which Zenphoto version? Is your webspace compatible ?

Please review the PHP error log if you have access to it (ask your host) or review the debug.log within the the zp-data folder of the install. You neeed to acceess the webspace via FTP (ask you host if you don't know).
