I'm trying to install Zenphoto. I've got as far as uploading some images. When I do this, the uploader form's "action" page is a 404, but I can see via FTP that the album has been created and that the images are in it. However, my zp installation can't see them:

In addition, the links from the above page point to a pub-cgi folder which doesn't appear to exist, nor can I find any opportunity to create/rename that folder.

Can anyone give me any pointers? (I don't mind admitting, I'm about to give up :-( )
