I test the last svn revision ( 441 ). I redo a config file, but, there is no way to have subfolder support :

i arrange my pictures like that : year/month/day but i just click and 'year folder', and nothing appear, when i update via admin panel, the check is good, it found all my photos count and folder count.

Any idea about that ?

you need to use the "Sub-Albums Testing Theme"

It is not the default theme so you need to select it in the options tab of the admin panel
