Just a quick question here:
Does anyone know of any theoretical or practical limits on the number of images zenphoto can reasonably handle in an album? I'm building a project that will eventually have hundreds of photos in the database, and I want to be sure I'm not in for a headache down the line.

Hundreds of photos is certainly no problem. My gallery currently has 1500 photos. The database is pretty small, about 240kb.
