Zenphoto appropriate for this? - bobearth - 16-07-2007

Hi there, I have tinkered with Zenphoto a little bit for other, very simple projects. I am just wondering if ZenPhoto has the capabilities to run the folio portion of this site exactly how it is right now:

I guess I am just not sure if I will be able to replicated the thumbnail structure as well as the 'sets' of images that also have a title.

Any advice would be muchly appreicated.
Bob

Zenphoto may be able to reproduce this, but you'll need to create a new theme (of course).
You won't have to make any new php functions, everything is already implemented for this type of gallery.

Ok, I am finally getting somewhere with this....but my stumbling block is how to show certain components of the gallery all on a single page. For example this page http://foodstylist.com.au/adspacks/a1_1.html has the following components all showing at once:

  1. the parent gallery section (ads+packs)
  2. the thumbnails represent links to sub-galleries
  3. the sub-gallery title is show on the left below thumbs (Carisse carpets)
  4. the full-sized images from the sub-gallery are shown on the right
  5. the navigation for the sub-gallery is shown on the right (there are four images in the sub-gallery)

My problem is that I just don't know how to start with this, I get the sense that I can whip ZenPhoto into shape, but I can't get my head around how to combine elements that by default are spanned across multiple pages into a single page.

Any help, pointers, hints would be greatly appreciated.
