Just an FYI that Zenphoto 1.1 will be released sometime November 1st Pacific Time. I needed to add a few things to the upgrade script and installation instructions and I'm still tweaking things here and there visually, but it's nearly there.

So I'm not going to make the midnight time I wanted to, but it will be here within 24 hours :-)

Excited yet? The server's ready for a digg if anyone wants to do it once the release is out...

Great! I've been waiting for an update for months! Finally it's here! Very excited!

This is good news. Story: I was looking for an alternative to the monolithic hairball that is Gallery just a few days ago. I came upon ZenPhoto and tried out 1.0.8.2. It worked great! But the sub-albums feature did not appear to be working, so I found these forums. Lo and behold, I read the history about the community version, and read that 1.1 (with sub-albums) was to be released the next day.

Can't wait for 1.1!
