Before upgrading to 1.1 I had been using the Latest Albums hack described in the wiki and forums by Anton on my index page. It doesn't work properly in 1.1 and I was hoping someone could tell me how to modify the function to make it 1.1 compatible. Thank you

No problem. Just do a search for zp_conf and change it to getOption.
I also changed the function in the wiki to reflect this post 1.1 fix.
