Zenphoto Installation on PHPWin - mzirino - 2008-01-22
Hi. To save you some hours in your installation of Zenphoto on PHPWin for IIS, you need to turn off Apache URL rewriting by going to Admin-->Options-->Enable mod_rewrite and uncheck it. That may fix your problem.
