printDefaultSizedImage does not produce image-title in image-link - Connie - 2008-07-17
I am working with SV1954 in the moment,
I want to suggest to add the image-title-attribute when generating the `<img`-tag in template-functions.php because [i]title[/i] is as important as [i]alt[/i]
so here is the code:

I am convinced that the title-attribute should be produced with every image, so I suggest to add it generally..
