I have gone through the installation process twice as outlined by the demo vids on the site. I have checked the config.php file to verify that the username and password are correct with the database set up in the MyPHPadmin with webhero. I don't ever get to the point of having the "Go" button. Instead I continue to get this message:

Could not connect to the MySQL server. Check the user, password, and database host in your zp-config.php file and try again.

I found a place on webhero website that showed a different host name than the one given for MySQL in their "troubleshooting guide. For anyone else running into this wall, the correct host name is "mysql.webhero.com" , not elwood.catalog.com as stated in troubleshooting.
