can't log in as admin, wont reset pass - chrisisaint - 17-11-2008

I've been trying over the last month to log in to my ZenPhoto to upload more pictures to my modeling portfolio, which is what I use it for, but every time I try to log in it says incorrect password. When I put in the code to reset the password and check my email, I go to the link BUT no matter what password I choose it never works.
I cannot log in at all and its very important to my work to be able to upload new photos from shoots, so please someone HELP me!

The gallery link is http://photos.chrisisaint.com
There are no other user names other than Admin
I'm hosted on Dreamhost.
Instead ZenPhoto through Dreamhosts 1 click installs.
Have not tried to upgrade since installing.

I don't know what other information might be helpful but if there is anything I'll gladly answer!

Have you tried dropping the administrator table and running setup.php? (http://www.zenphoto.org/2008/08/troubleshooting-zenphoto/#16)

I'm not sure how to do that honestly

You need to have administrator access to your database. Probably through phpMyAdmin or some such tool. That tool will have to option to drop a table.

I have full admin access to all the hosted sites. I'm just not used to doing this type of stuff. Like I said I used Dreamhosts 1 click installs to install ZenPhoto so I dont know what I can or can't do for it.

As a side note of further info on the situation, this is copy & pasted directly from where/how I installed ZenPhoto on Dreamhost.

Install new website software - Easy mode
(In easy mode, you cannot access the files for the installation (so you can only use the themes/plugins/languages we've included), but installation, upgrades, and maintenance are all handled for you!)

The only way to uninstall it would be to completely destroy photos.chrisisaint.com, it would destroy the domain and everything on it from what I've been told
