I installed zenphoto using my bluehost.net account, but I cannot log in on my admin page... it says that the username/password does not exist. Is there a way to fix this?

Looking at the link you gave when it says "Delete the Administrators table." where is that?
I have installed and uninstalled Zenphoto twice and I get the sign in page and it does not recognise the password. I request a reset e-mail and none comes.

BTW, an e-mail address was supplied as I get the original "New Zenphoto Installation" welcoming e-mail withe password and admin name, which when I enter does not work.

Zenphoto sends no such "New Zenphoto Installation" welcoming e-mail. So this must be from whatever bluehost.net has done.
If your admin user has an e-mail associated with it then there will be a captcha displayed on the login screen that you can enter for a password which will then get an email sent to you that allows you to reset and re-enter your password. If this is not present, your install did not provide an admin e-mail.
The administrators table is part of your database. You would need to use your site's MySQL admin interface to perform the table drop.
Since there are two of you having this problem from the same ISP I would suggest you contact them as well. They seem to have managed to mess up the installation somehow.
