Hello,
I would like to know how to change size for any one file. It's 20MB and my photos and videos exceed the permitted size.

It would depend on your platform. But image editing software like Photoshop will usually let you resize images.

Thank you for your reply, my videos have 100MB and I have 300 photos to upload. I compressed them in zip but it takes time because I have to upload several times, the size for any one file is 20MB.

Are you sure you want 20mb images on your site? No one can view that size and the processing time to resize for the cach will be large (even though it happens only once.) It is even likely your server will not have the memory needed to do the resizing.

Ok, I will try to upload by FTP but if others want to upload videos which is over 20MB? what can I do? Thank you
