I have used zen for a while and doing a new site and used the Andrey theme as the base for the new theme and now i want to use the new verision of zen and just saw that the theme isnt compatible anymore.

Does anyone know ho to make it work or what version of zen will it work for andrey other than the old old version im already using on an older site.

I really want the great new features, but paid for all this coding.

Any help would be appreciated.

I took a quick look. There may not be too much change needed. You should load up the new zenphoto and see where it breaks. For sure you will need to delete its definitions for the random image functions or change their names as zenphoto now has functions of the same names.

when i activate the theme it just has a blank page.

i went back to ver 1.15 which was my last download lol but seems to be missing all the stuff i waited years to finally use.

I am not good with coding so i dont think i would ever find the stuff your talking about.
I would be glad to make donation to zen or whoever lol to get the theme to work again.

Blank pages are almost always because of script errors. You will need to be able to see the errors it generates so you can find and fix the problems. Your server should have a CGI error log. You can also edit the PHP.ini file to have errors displayed on the web page.

Cant find a cgi error log from cpanel and dont know enuff to use php.ini file.
Zen is great as long as you dont have to edit anything. This was same reason 2 years ago i had to use coppermine on my large sites since one hangup w zen shuts down using it.

I guess its my fault I didnt check before having a theme created to see if the theme would work in the newer versions of Zen.
