I can't upload it to my website hosting space. Does that mean that I can't install zenphoto at all? Also "zenphoto.package" is not allowed.

If you have no FTP access to your site you will not will need to ask your provider to either give you FTP access or to upload the files for you.
What do you mean "zenphoto.package" is not allowed.?
