When I try and move an image from one gallery to another I get this error message "There was an error with a move, copy, or rename operation" and the move fails.
I hope someone can help....

You need to ask your service provider to disable safe mode on your webspace. Setup should have complained about that.

They have already disabled php safe mode at my request (on 2009-05-29)

AHA! I think I may have it - the images in the albums permissions were 644 I changed them to 777 and I could move them.

What should the permissions on the images actually be?
