I can't upload my photos, i have this messages:
Not Found
The requested URL /zenphoto/zen/FULLWEBPATH/zen/admin.php was not found on this server.
or
Not Found
The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.

Did you modify the files at all? It seems weird that it would put [b]/zenphoto/zen/[/b] then your full path then [b]/zen/admin.php[/b].
When do you get this message? Is it when you try and access [b]/zen/admin.php[/b]?

no, after my access in home (/zenphoto/zen/admin.php?page=home), i want to upload my photos in (zenphoto/zen/admin.php?page=upload)

I have exactly the same problem.
I have follown a tutorial based on my server (free.fr) without any problem but when I want to upload my photos (after the browse and the validation), I obtain this webpage :

Zen Photos seems to be a very good program for what I have seen, and I can't wait to make it works ! The problem is that I'm not a programmer, so I can't help about these paths problems and all that php...
