I am using 110mb.com host with PHP, MySql enabled.

I uploaded Zenphoto to my host,
unzipped it,
executed the setup.php

These were the Errors and Warning results I found after editing and amending as much as I could:

1. magic_quotes_gpc [is enabled] Warning! (see bellow)
2. PHP mbstring package [Your internal characater set is ISO-8859-1] Warning!
3. Strict Permissions [is not in effect] Warning!
4. Connect to MySQL Error!
5. Warning: file_getcontents (/www/110mb.com/t/i/m/o/z////timoz/htdocs/zizezen/Zenphoto.package) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/110mb.com/t/i/m/o/z///_/timoz/htdocs/zizezen/zp-core/setup.php on line 939
6. Zenphoto core files [Some files are missing or their filemtimes seem out of variance] Warning! [I didn't make uploads]
7. .htaccess file [is empty or does not exist] Warning!

Strict Permissions [is not in effect]
Warning!
When this option is not in effect, file and folder permissions are relaxed. This could constitute a security risk so it is recommended that you enable Strict Permissions. However, on some servers Zenphoto does not function correctly with strict file/folder permissions. If you enable this option and Zenphoto has permission errors, run setup again and disable the option.

NOTE: This option applies only to new files and folders created by Zenphoto. You may have to change permissions on existing ones to resolve problems.

Perhaps there was a problem with the upload. You should check the following files:

.htaccess file [is empty or does not exist]
Warning!
Edit the .htaccess file in the root zenphoto folder if you have the mod_rewrite module, and want cruft-free URLs.Just change the one line indicated to make it work.

You can ignore this warning if you do not intend to set the option mod_rewrite.

albums folder
cache folder
locale folders
You need to address the problems indicated above then run setup.php again.
