Super noob setup - medic336 - 27-09-2009

Ok i am a supper noob. This is my first website i am trying to make. I am using GoDaddy.com to set it up. I Downloaded and extracted all files from zenphoto. I am having trouble with the setup. I found the directory files, or what i think is the directory, to upload the files. The only thing is i have to each folder one at a time. Was wondering if i was doing something wrong or if there was a faster way.

Sorry, I don't really understand what you problem is. Seems that you are really new to web so I suggest you first get familiar with it in general before trying to install a software...

Anyway, you have to upload all the files downloaded from our site as it is described on our site's user guide.

Yes i am very new. I am trying to figure this all out, and the best way for me to do is like this. I figured out ow to upload all the files into the directory and now figuring the rest out.

I am a noob too,
Even tho I followed the instructions the manual install wouldn't work.
I finally tossed the install and used Godaddy's Installatron.
Then I made a copy of the theme I liked and tweaked away.

The installation is very simple as described actually. It would really help if you posted details what exactly didn't work. Most common error is that you need to create a MySQL database before running setup. But that is also described.
