Change Image Nav from Header to just over image - chuckv - 15-10-2009

I'm a real newbie when it comes to CSS. I would like to have have the "Next & Prev" navigation text to show up centered over the image rather than in the right hand portion of the header. Can anyone offer how I would modify the code to do this ?
