Is there any plugin available for interested visitors to signup as user and upload images and how can I enable contact form?

1. http://www.zenphoto.org/documentation/plugins/_plugins---register_user.php.html
2. Standard themes have support included and show a link if enabled. For others you need to add support yourself: http://www.zenphoto.org/documentation/plugins/_plugins---contact_form.php.html
