After copying the zen-files to my webspace (strato.de) and typing in the "http://www.XXXXX.de/zenphoto/zp-core/setup.php" command i get the following information:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function gettext() in /mnt/web9/32/59/52361159/htdocs/zenphoto/zp-core/setup.php on line 21

what did I do wrong? Sorry i'm quite a newbie...

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /mnt/web9/32/59/52361159/htdocs/zenphoto/zp-core/setup.php on line 10

I assume you found the post here: http://www.zenphoto.org/support/topic.php?id=7022#post-41204

If you're getting a syntax error, then you have no followed the instructions correctly.

i get an syntax error in line 35....

Well, then you have done something wrong with editing. Best you start again or just try the nightly build.

You can always install the nightly build where this (and other) correction has been made.
