Upgrade Problem - crackerman58 - 2010-04-08 OK, where do I start... probably with me being stupid when it comes to this kind of stuff. I had a gallery working fine and then was crazy enough to try to upgrade. I can no longer get anything ZenPhoto related to work. All I get now is a 500 server internal error. What could have possibly been the reason for this breaking when it was working just fine, I wish the upgrade was just that... an upgrade! This is totally crazy, I can't get anything to work. I would appreciate some help with this issue, just let me know what I need to provide to help diagnose the problem. Thanks in advance Upgrade Problem - sbillard - 2010-04-08 Usually this is because of improper permissions on your script folders. So I would suggest you delete all zenphoto files and folders and do the upload again. Also check the permissions of the root folder. What these need to be will depend on your provider, but two possibilities would be 0777 or 0755. Upgrade Problem - crackerman58 - 2010-04-09 Well I tried that and it didn't help. I deleted everything but my albums folder then uploaded it all and went to my root directory and changed permissions to 777 and 775. I still get a 500 server internal error. Upgrade Problem - acrylian - 2010-04-09 It might also be related to .htaccess. Check if you maybe have an outdated file or modrewrite enable while your server does not suppport it. But actually setup should tell about that. Upgrade Problem - crackerman58 - 2010-04-12 I appreciate all the help so far... I have it almost licked. I have a problem connecting to my databases, the zp-config.php file is not right. I have the correct info for my databases but it won't read them.
