is there any faster way to add bulk album and sub album ?
any script and/or any automation that can add bulk album/subalbum with details ?

What do you mean exactly? You surely know that you can upload folders with images and/or subfolders to the root albums folder via FTP directly. Zenphoto is file system based and will recognize them as albums. You might have to do some sorting afterwards but you can add EXIF data to the images for hte titles, description etc.
