I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean Chinese characters in file names? That would be a server setting you have to ask your host about.

Also check the character set of you file system. Zenphoto assumes iso-88591-1, if that is not the case, then filenames will not be correct. You must change that setting from Setup.

Thank you, I finally found my php.ini did not work the default character is Japanese.
