- ISO-8859-1 instead of UTF-8

The debug.html is a 0 Byte file ?
At point 7. the udate-instraction means: " Make sure everything checks out, and click go!" But there is no "Go" - only a login form. And after i fill in my username and password: The website can not display this page !
Can someone help ?

I've got it ... sorry.
Changing to the default theme, before starting the update and it works properly !
