I've installed this template.

I think it's an outstanding template. However, I am trying to enable some plug-ins.

I've enabled the following:
comment_form v1.3.1
register_user v1.3.1
user_login-out v1.3.1

However none of them are showing up?

Is there anyway to make them work or something I need to do to make/enable them?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

lease read the documentation for those plugins. All three require that the theme provide support, so I gather you are using a theme that does not provide such.
