Change to Italian zenphoto.po doesn't appears - cimbro - 26-11-2010
Hello all, i'm a new user of Zenphoto (this fantastic cms!).
I need to change the link labe "Archive View/Vista archivio" to "News".
I have edit this file:
zenphoto\zp-core\locale\it_IT\LC_MESSAGES\zenphoto.po
Now is:
msgid "Archive View"
msgstr "News"
I have uploaded it to the on line site, but the label still "Vista archivio" and not "News".
I have done anything wrong?
What can I do to customize the "Archive View" label?

Changing a .po-file does not do anything. It is a translation file that has to be saved as a .mo file to work. Please see the translation tutorial for more info.
You should change this link on your theme directly (not sure why "news" actually). Please read on the theming tutorial to get familiar with themes.
