For some reason ZP only caches photo's when they are larger than the size (longest size)set in my theme-options.
Non-cached images causes some trouble in Firefox.
Anyone an idea how to fix this so ZP caches all photo's? I think the error is in my theme, but i have no clou where to start looking...

Nothing to fix actually, It is absolutly normal that Zenphoto does not process (=cache) images that have already the size required by your theme. This surely does not cause trouble with Firefox (if what exactly?). Please see the troubleshooting.

ok, so its normal that ZP only processes images when they are larger than set in the themeoptions.

The non processed images make my thumbnails stop scrolling, and puts the main image in the wrong place. (my theme uses a modification of the Galleria script) This problem only in Firefox.
Tested in latest versions of IE, Chrome, Safari.

It used to be normal. This is a behavior we are changing on the next release. (You can try it out by downloading the nightly build.)

My guess, though, is that you have prevented browser access to your "albums" folder so that the browser cannot fetch the image from there. That is not actually why we decided to cache everything, but as a side effect that will also be aleviated.

We made the decision because we found that the computational effor to cache the image was in the long run less than the computational effort to decide if it should be cached.

Sorry, but you will surely understand that I can't help you solve your special problems with your theme and/or the implementation of the Galleria script.

ive tried the nightly build, it caches all the images indeed, problem solved for now.
