I've installed 1.3.1.2. I've checked to allow adding comments but it doesn't show on my pages. I find reference to an addcomments add-on? How may I activate this function?
Sorry, found the ans. Checked the comment_form v1.3.1 plugin and it now works.

By activating that plugin. Of course the theme used must support comments.
Btw, 1.4 is the current release.
