i am interested in modifying zpGallerific a bit....

what i would like to do is change the appearance of the slideshow on the main page. i do not wish to modify the activity of the rest pages, just the appearance of the slideshow on the main page.

first, i would like to remove the description text (or move if it is required)

second, i would like to remove the thumbnails, and just have the 'large' image occupy the entire width. ok, maybe not the entire width, but i centered, with padding on the sides based on the width of the image....dont want the height to be too big.

so basically, remove that left column, and center the right column.

i have tried editing the php of the gallery and index page. and all changes i have attempted produce....undesired results.

and help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest to read the theming tutorial to learn the basics of Zenphoto themes first. Of couse this theme is a quite sophisticated one, so you will need some general knowledge of web techniques.
