My site is in Dutch and English. Later on, very likely more languages.
How does multi-lingual work? Do I need to set a language flag somewhere? How? Or does it work by looking at the ip address, and work from there?
Right now, I'm working on WAMP to work on it. But that seems to work in English only.

For languages there is a plugin to choose. It can also be set to choose hte preferred language set in the vistior's browser. What is chosen is stored in cookies. Review the options.
There are two parts of translations involved. One for the fixed terms and one for the content.
