We as the admin can see the e-mail on your forum profile in case we need to. That php limit should be enough but your server might not be true about that. . Are you sure about that limit? Is that set by your provider? If you set it yourself it might not be true. The symptoms on the site is that the images are not created because they are too big dimensionwise. There could also be something else wrong with the image files itself technically. Are there any other errors in your server log? Note that corruption in this case is defined as something that the graphics library cannot handle or some metadata that causes a script fault.
