I'm testing the 1.4.3-DEV [8816] version of zenphoto.
They are several great improvement like the password strength weak, the site_upgrade plugin ... good work.

I also notice a little mistake. In the backend, i can't create a news categorie, i have only a red square like the error box but nothing is display. This fonction was working in 1.4.2 with the same serveur. (php 5.3.2, Mysql 5.0.82).

Also i was unable to activate the mod_rewrite until i change the time zone !

Sorry about that. Of course, 1.4.3 is in its earliest stages of development--We have not actually released 1.4.2 yet!. But thanks for the notification. Tonight's build will fix the saving of categories.

I am not sure how changing the timezone would impact mod_rewrite. What exactly do you mean when you say you could not activate the rules?

However, we have made changes to the rewrite rules in .htaccess with this release. Be aware that they may still change, so when this release gets to Beta stage be sure you refresh your .htaccess file with whatever is current then. Our normal migration checks do not take into consideration people running these development interim releases.

Oops, I did not actually pay attention. Anyway this new version looks promising ... I return to the 1.4.2.
