I don't exactly understand what your problem is sadly. Zenphoto has a front end (the actual site using a theme) and the back end (or admin, the administrative interface). On the later you add titles etc.

I think I get the question.

Basically, it is a setting available in the administrative options.
– Go to [b]Options –> Image[/b]
– Look, 2/3 of the way, for [b]Full Image Protection[/b] (in French: Protection de l'affichage à la taille originale). That's where you decide what happens when clicking on an image in the image view.

Your choices are explained in the right panel. You probably want either "Unprotected" or "Download" to see the JPG image as is in your browser or have a download link respectively.

Of course (especially for the download link), the theme has to support the option.
