I have a site with serveral users with different types and sizes galleries..
I have a request for a addition to the image_upload_limiter so that i can set an option that gallery1 can upload 3 images and gallery2 can upload 10.. and so on..

First, you are talking about albums, not galleries, just to avoid confusion of general ZP terms.

Second, please make feature suggestions on the bugtracker. Otherwise they get lost here.
